The First International Conference on Advances in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ICAECE'2023) will be held on May 15-16, 2023 at the university Larbi Tebessi of Tebessa, Algeria. The First International Conference will be delivered in-person and virtually, providing the opportunity of online presentation for the people who can not travel for any reason.  The ICAECE'2023 is open for researchers, engineers, academics and industrial professionals from around the world interested in new trends and advances in current topics in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering.  ICAECE'2023 conference invites all interested researchers to submit original contributions regarding the development of theory, methods, systems, and applications in current topics of the conference.
